I attended Nanjing Forestry University where I acquired my bachelor's degree in English. While attending Nanjing Forestry University, I worked as an English teacher for about a year or so. I also acquired my master's degree in fashion merchandising from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. After receiving this degree, I was employed by a jewelry company as well as a textile company that was based in San Francisco. Since then, I have relocated back to Portland. Since I was born and raised in China, I can fluently speak the Chinese language. I also am skilled at listening and writing the Chinese language. I also have tutoring experience with the language. I was a private tutor to two young American children who were living in China. I also was a private tutor for an adult who was from Australia. As for my tutoring style, I believe in being a friendly, patient person, and I believe in teaching in a creative and interesting way. When I am not tutoring or working, I love to travel and explore new and interesting spots. I also love putting my creative and imaginative skills to work through the art of painting.
