EducationCase Western Reserve University - Bachelors, Mathematics and Physics; Psychology
ExperienceWhile attending Case Western Reserve University, I worked as a peer tutor in physics, math, and psychology as well as a supplemental instructor for modern physics. I graduated from Case with a BA in psychology and a BS in mathematics and physics. Following graduation, I was an English teacher in Japan for about eight years. I taught all areas of English, to students of all ages, including grammar and conversation, reading comprehension, and speech preparation. In addition to this, I have also worked with students on editing papers and writing college essays. Additionally, I learned Japanese while I was there and took the Japanese Language Proficiency test and I obtained the level of business fluency. After living in Japan, I moved back to the United States and have acquired my license to become an ENT. I am also presently taking courses to pursue a career in medicine. I believe that when a student works hard, they will be successful. I enjoy being able to be part of a person achieving their goals and seeing them succeed. In my spare time, I have a array of things that I like to do, including writing and reading. I have also participated in the National Novel Writing Month and have done so for a number of years.
